It looks a lot like the Grizzly G0704 I have (different switch panel) or the Precision Matthews PM-30MV mill, when you compare specs. The G0704 is closer to the PM-20MV. You might check the gear train and see if it has a plastic gear that is driven by the gear on the motor. On the Grizzly, these strip easily.

Reviews are tough to find on either mill. The Baileigh is gear driven and it is easier (I think) to change speeds. The Grizz is V-belt. The Baileigh speeds go from 70-1500 rpm. The Grizz 230-2550 rpm. Both are from Taiwan, both weigh about 750 lbs. The big difference is that the Grizzly has a knee and therefore the Z-axis.

I also now have a round column RF30 type mill drill to use for heaver projects (got it at an auction for a couple hundred bucks while I was waiting on parts for the G0704).
